In the Kitchen

Culinary Director, Chris Brandt, helms the La Fin kitchen bringing inspiration and flavors from his extensive travel experiences around the world. Chris began his culinary career at the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in places like The Greenbrier, South City Kitchen, Food Studio, Roux 3, and The Ocean Room at The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island, SC.
